Vanguard Development Corp. is solely owned by Michael Ternier and is responsible for various commercial and residential developments in Tobiano and Kamloops, British Columbia.

Michael is also the sole owner of the Tobiano Golf Course, which is currently ranked the #8th course in the world by Golf Advisor.

Tristan Norman has joined Vanguard Development to manage our ongoing construction projects as well as leading our project development initiatives.
